Same sex love and future of queer activism in India
Women leave off their home to become men at urban cities! Men escape households to become females at cosmopolitan metros. Gay lovers are fighting to escape the oppressiveness of hetero-normative sexuality. Lesbians are running away small towns to get open spaces in urban centers. Now, queer politics finds its momentum in India on the backdrop of Supreme Court ruling on criminalizing lesbian and gay sex under section 377 of IPC.
